Stima srl was created on 21/03/1995, producing 3 different types of automatic counter top pizza ovens.
The company originally began in Signa, near Florence.
In 1997 we moved to Prato and in 2005 to our present location at Agliana in the province of Pistoia. All the machines we manufacture are patented.
The company uses state-of-the-art technology: in particular 90% of the machinery is made from polished stainless steel and all the details are laser-cut.
We pay particular attention to ensuring that the electronics are exceptionally reliable and resilient; all the electronic components are made using SMD technology.
In 2004 we began producing extremely innovative, high-performance, all-electronic pizza ovens.
In 2006 we launched the Party Concept, a brand new type of portable oven in stainless steel, especially to increase visibility and permit indoor or outdoor use.
Our premises in Agliana cover 2000 m2 and we are just a short distance from Florence. Access to our network of sales and technical support staff is available throughout Italy and the rest of Europe.
For years, we have been regular exhibitors at the sector’s most important trade fairs in Italy and Europe.
We have an in-house technical department.
